1. Sham or Shame
I dont know what you are driving at. A minor storm causes "Paki-Hindu Bhai-Bhai" slogans. You spend one more day at a lodge near an airport. 
Any real substance in all this? or just emotional sways, swept away but time. 
 
Bhai-Bhai, should be used for a relation of interdependence, trust, respect, sacrifice & love. Not for a 12-hour neighbourhood, which disappeared as suddenly as it had appeared. 
 
May God bless you, for your naivette. Someone said - " Those who forget lessons of history are condemned to re-live it".  
 
Alas! you have forgotten the deeds of pakistanis of 1947/48/65/71/99. Better would be to remind your Bhai-Bhai of these excursions of their true brothers, and then let them talk of bhai-bhai.
